LYON TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF APPLEALS – NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A request from Linda Bremer has been received for a zoning ordinance interpretation. As required by MCL 125.3103, notice is given that a public hearing of the Lyon Township Board of Appeals scheduled for May 28, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Lyon Township Hall, 7851 W. Higgins Lake Dr for purpose of interpreting Lyon Township Ordinance 55 as it applies to zoning and building permits issued for 905 Sam-O-Set Blvd.
Information is available for review at the Township Offices during regular business hours, Monday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. and Fridays 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. If you are unable to attend and wish to comment, written comments will be accepted until 1:00
