To all Lyon Twp residents, be advised that per our legal firm’s advice, Lyon Twp will no longer be involved in Lyon Twp residents’ property disputes. Seek legal counsel as needed.
In addition, the Roscommon County Sheriff’s Department has informed me they will NOT intervene in situations where easement access roads to private parcels have been blocked off.
Again, seek legal counsel as needed, but if you feel threatened or have blatant trespassing issues, do call the RCSD Central Dispatch for their assistance. They are willing and able to help.
Have a SAFE Holiday week. Supervisor Bertrand, Lyon Twp, Roscommon Co
